Dipti Rajda was a senior associate Lawyer/Solicitor at the firm of Malvi Ranchoddas & Co (M R & Co.) for over six years. At M R & Co., she specialized in the areas of Property matters, Drafting and Conveyancing, Documentation, Mortgages, Collaborations, Joint Ventures, Mergers, Amalgamations, Opinion matters, Commercial and Corporate law/litigation and Arbitration laws.
Dipti Rajda articled with Gordhandas & Fozdar where she experienced in all aspects of General Civil Litigation including Banking, Constitutional litigation, Consumer Protection, Intellectual Property (Patents, Trademarks & Copyrights), Wills, Trusts and Testamentary matters.
Dipti Rajda was admitted as an Advocate with the Bar Council Of Maharashtra on 22nd July, 1991 and as a Solicitor on 9th November, 1992. She has also been admitted as a Solicitor, on the rolls of Supreme Court Of England and Wales since 1994.
Dipti Rajda has an excellent academic record securing most of the medals and prizes.
Shailesh Rajda was admitted as an Advocate with the Bar Council Of Maharashtra on 13th October 1998. He has experience in all aspects of Litigation including Banking Laws, Constitutional Litigation, Consumer Protection and other Civil Areas and is well versed with Debt Recovery Tribunal Laws, Corporate Laws and Property Laws.
Shailesh Rajda articled with Pandya Gandhi & Co and thereafter continued as a trainee and also practiced as an Advocate in the same firm, were he was extensively involved in matters relating to Banking Laws including Litigation, Property Law, Drafting and Conveyancing and General Civil Litigation including Testamentary Matters, and Constitutional Matters and Special Court Matters.
